Pros:
- comfortable and clean apartment
- large private parking
- although not really close to the main attractions, it is still in walking distance (30 mins), and there is plenty of public transport options right next to it
- attentive staff
We had a room facing the main street, and there was some noise that affected our sleep. Probably not an issue for rooms facing internal parking lot.

The staff were very kind. I was happy that a simple coffee setup was provided in the room. The bed and the room were comfortable, and there were no issues with the facilities.
The main tourist areas are on the opposite side of the station, so the location feels a bit far. It took over 30 minutes to walk to the Accademia Gallery.

Excellent location just outside the ZTL for drivers. Parking is secure and staff were great and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable for a party of 3 and included everything we needed for a one night stay. Walking to the center city was 25-30 min from the hotel. Definitely recommend this place especially for people that don’t mind a short walk or cab ride into city center.
A coffee/ pastry bar in the hotel would be nice in a perfect world.

The room was nice and had a separate kitchen and fridge. The living room had a sofa and two chairs and a table. The bedroom was comfortable and had lights for both sides of the bed. The bathroom was large and clean.
The air conditioning was turned off even though the room was advertised as air conditioned. We had to open the door to the balcony to cool the room. Unfortunately, that let in a million mosquitoes.
We will never return to this place.

The girls at the reception who helped us check in and out were very nice, friendly and helpful with all our questions. The location is at about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything. The parking was with controlled access which made it even better.

Good location, with a private parking close to the city center that’s kind of pedestrian, so not troubles getting there.
It’s mentioned that there is air conditioning, and there is definitely some AC system in place, but I was not sure if it was actually working. It was not hot inside the apartment though, despite quite a heat outside. The building is quite dated.

Great accommodation, clean and spacious. Great base for visiting Florence.
It was quite a walk to the centre, with we were find with although a bit much for our toddler who was travelling with us, however we were aware of this prior as it as clearly stated in the information section.

Great value for money.
Huge space with a nice balcony.
All the staff were great, in particular Eleonora.
Clean.
Only a short walk (15-20mins) to the centre.
It didnt affect ourselves but its worth mentioning that the reception is not 24hrs.

very spacious with two large balconies. lots of natural light. good location.
AC wasn’t turned on yet. It was too hot. Opened the windows. Road noises kept us up all night. A lot of mosquitoes that bit me red.

Very well located, space to park your car
We booked the apartment as it had 2 bedrooms. What is not specified is that there are no doors or walls to each room, there is just a curtain in between, which was a big disappointment. Also on our last day they were constructing in the building without giving any notice.

Noisy you can here everything outside and everything inside the apartments as there are no doors only curtains. And beds are making a lot of noise.Apartments are outdated.

This property is located about 15 minutes walk from the train station and right along the main road to Porta Al Prato, a small ancient arch that is the gateway into the city. It is located just outside the busy area of the town but perfect for us. There is a wonderful coffee bar at the corner which we frequented every morning for pastries and of course, cappuccinos and macchiatos.
This was like a 1.5 to 2-star hotel with a lobby and locked front door. We were arriving late so we called ahead and the front desk said they would wait for us. They also kept our bags on the last day after checking out which was a big bonus since we didn't have to pay to store them at the train station. The lobby is very large and plenty of seating. There is a water cooler to fill up your bottles and vending machines packed with snacks.
I was pleasantly surprised at the large size of the rooms. We got a room on the 4th floor and it was clean, and organized. The bathroom was large and the heating was adequate in winter (we went in December). The unit we got had a sofabed, 2 rooms (1 with a double bed) and another with a queen.
Wifi is free but a little slow.
We visited a lot of places in Italy during our trip and Florence was the nicest. Could we have stayed at a better place? Yes. But this hotel was great for our first visit and the staff was so friendly compared to everywhere else we stayed.
There is parking available in the basement, but we walked and taxi'd everywhere.
We got really good value for this hotel and happy we stayed there.
The furniture and kitchen was quite dated (early 80s) but fully functional and clean. I wish they had a room which was more updated. The shower /bath combo did not have a screen so expect to have a wet floor after your shower. The TV was old and really small and could use an upgrade.
There are no laundry facilities inside the building, but right across the hotel is a public laundromat which is very affordable (5 to 6 EUROs).

it’s nice apartment, not far from the center and train station
the rooms doesn’t have a wall between them so if you travel with family, be ready to stay quiet. also the couch is terrible option for the sleeping on it.
very noisy outside so you have to close windows at night.
moreover, I was overcharged 35 euro for the 1-night stay and never got my money back😕
