Amazing experience

An exceptional stay in Florence. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, from the comfort of the bed to the overall atmosphere — it truly enhanced the experience of the city. Breakfast was outstanding. The quality and variety of the food were excellent, and everything was fresh, well-presented, and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. The overall service was attentive and professional, and the entire stay felt seamless from check-in to departure. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence.

Really nice hotel!

The room was spacious, modern and artsy. I loved the breakfast (you can order a la carte from the menu).

Conveniently located in a beautiful building

Conveniently located just off the historical center of Florence but still at short walking distance. The hotel is on the 4th floor of a beautiful building, along the Arno river. The hotel was renovated a few years ago and still looks very new and very stylish in a modern way. Room and hotel are very clean. The bed is comfortable.

There are around ten steps at the entrance of the building, before reaching the elevator. The room doesn’t have a proper cupboard, but a modern open structure with hangers (see picture) at the head of the bed. The safe is really small: it works for small things but not for laptops, tablets etc.

The location is great - the area is very safe and quiet, the view of the Arno river embankment is beautiful; easy, very pleasant walk along the river to the centre; easy to get to the train station. Liked beautiful designs of the room and breakfast area. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Stunning

Outstanding facilities and high class finish to the hotel. It was immaculate! The breakfast was a great start to the day and the staff were so accommodating. The room itself was gorgeous and had incredible views and was incredibly clean and well furnished. They also gave us a free upgrade on arrival which was very generous!

The only issue we had was that the walls were slightly thin. We could hear the adjoining rooms conversations and sometimes these were loud and went on quite late.

Breakfast was excellent and Irene, our breakfast server, was wonderful! The entire staff was very professional and could not have been nicer. Room was very clean and large. The shower was magnificent.

Although we were only there for 1 night they upgraded our room at no additional cost. The room was beautiful and the view of the river stunning. We received complimentary drinks and had a fantastic breakfast. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable.

Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent hotel in Florence! The location is great – in the embassy district, which feels very safe and comfortable for walking around, and only about 10–15 minutes from the historic center (Santa Maria del Fiore). The hotel itself is stylish and beautifully designed – I especially liked the color scheme of the interiors. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop terrace, which is a lovely bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options, and there’s also a bar available. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Our room was very comfortable. Normally I don’t like climate control systems because they work too strongly, but here the temperature was perfectly balanced. The bathroom was spotless, and the guest cosmetics were of great quality. Overall, a fantastic combination of quality, location, and price. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was a little bit far from Santa Maria Novella station. Around 18 min walking distance. Placed on the city center, the streets to get there are quite old and not very carry on friendly. The price was also a bit high but it was completely worth it.

The location in quiet but walkable areas in Florence. Love the décore in the hotel! It’s our 2nd time staying in this hotel. The view of the room is priceless. Breakfast was great spread. The manager and staff were excellent and kind.

The hotel is not bad maybe little bit more expensive due to location.

Location is great the staff were friendly and when there was a delay with my car they made a discount. I like when the hotel is taking the side of the customer. I liked the room design and atmosphere of the place.

Through booking the hotel was advertised with free parking, for Florence parking is a problem so this was one of the reasons I choose the hotel. Than I received a message after registration and payment that parking is payed separately. The car was delayed with 30 minutes but the hotel made a discount. Door access after 2000 is with a code, there was a confusion one of the nights with the guests that entered wrong password and we had to stay outside for another 20 minutes. Breakfast was very strangely organized. Combination of Swiss table, something organized and to choose . Seemed little bit chaotic, I am not a breakfast type but if I was would be little bit disappointed.

Not very close to the popular shopping or dining area, always a dilemma between by foot or calling taxi. The neighbourhood is not very upbeat.

It is a little walk away from the Center, but we knew that on booking and prioritised lifts to the room over distance to the Center! Room was small, but that was exactly what we booked! No complaints. A good stay.
