Would have like some spinach/mushrooms/grilled tomatoes in the breakfast other than just sausage egg and bacon. These were good plus the other food on offer.

Super pleasant and clean with awesome breakfast!

Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered me an umbrella. The shower was terrific too.

The room was a bit small, there wasn't much space outside the bed. But that didn't really matter, one doesn't spend much time in the room anyway.

Definitely a must stay

Fully renovated/ restored building. Very spacious bathroom and room. Cleanest room i stayed so far. Very professional and friendly stuff always available to help, went above and beyond to make us feel like home during our 6 nights stay. Respectful of privacy.

Good hotel

The location was great and the size of the rooms were fabulous. Clean and very spacious. The receptionist Irina was very helpful and so kind.

We didn’t like our last night due the alarm incident which happened twice. We were outside the hotel waiting for so long in the cold and I got a little bit sick afterwards.

Everything! 10mins walk to station and attractions and River Arno. Quiet looked after neighbourhood. Welcoming hotel, clean and very friendly and attentive staff. Staff placed fresh cold water in our room everyday. Beverages in room and toiletries. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great variety of breakfast and ate in lovely garden. Roxanne was very sweet. They have a sister hotel whose pool you can use too. Really nice hotel and very lovely staff.

Highly recommended for a family stay close to the city center

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was fantastic and very big, even for a family of 4. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety. When you arrive by car, you can park in front of the hotel for unloading luggage, and then the hotel organises the valet service to a nearby parking service. The service is a bit pricey (30 EUR per day for a mid-sized car) but very convenient. If you need your car for a day trip, they will call the valet and the car arrives within 10 minutes. By foot, you reach the dome and the city center within 20 minutes, so location is good. Highly recommedned!

Stylish hotel just outside the city centre

Very nice hotel outside the city centre. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bus stop 5 mins which brings you to city centre. Could also walk which was about 20 minutes. Area was nice and quiet with some lovely restaurants and cafes near by.

Lovely hotel and staff, but AC is sporadic.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location close to the city center but away from crowds. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and with access to a lovely patio.

Evidently the air conditioning is on a censor and shuts off when there is no motion, so it got very hot in the room at times. Also, there is no laundry service on weekends, and we chose this hotel party based on being able to have laundry done and we had to go to a public laundry.

There is currently construction of a new building opposite which means constant nice all day from 7am including a Saturday and 8am on a Sunday. It did take some shine off our stay.

Beautiful and comfy!

Well situated for our early flight to the airport. Bed was super comfy! Since we left very early, the staff packed us a take-away breakfast (which was so thoughtful!).

Connecting to the WiFi was not too straightforward. The desk person helped us get on.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. Great and friendly staff. We found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and “roomy”. The breakfast options were good and tasted great. Lots of great restaurants options nearby.

The location makes walking to the main points of interest a little bit farther, but we still enjoyed staying there.

An excellent option for Florence. New, modern, clean, quiet, and a fabulous breakfast.

There are so many good things to say about this hotel it is almost too hard to list. From the front desk to the wonderful breakfast, everything is immaculate, friendly, comfortable, and quiet. This part of Florence was new to us but we will return.

I can not think of a single thing that we did not like. Management should continue doing what they are doing.
