The room was comfortable and the bathroom was good. The location was a little out of town which was good in that it was quieter. The host was very helpful and friendly.
I would have liked some way to make a drink (tea or coffee) in the room. On arrival it wasn't that obvious how to get in, although thankfully there were some cleaners just entering the building as I got there and my spoken Italian was good enough for them to understand what I needed and I could understand them. Some clearer instructions prior to arrival would be helpful.

Good location away from crowded touristic center in a very charming area. Room was clean and equipped with all you need. Host extremely nice and helpful, he is often on premise, so we chatted few times and he gave us some good advice for food! Also possible to align on check in time and leave your bags after check out - which is very handy.
Room was a bit smaller than expected from the pictures fitting mostly the bed, yet for a short stay it was still fine.
