Huge hotel - three hotels in one. Staff were no friendly at the bar I was judged when I ordered a drink! Room was cold, no towels and had to make my own bed

My stay was short but was good location and nice staff at the desk.

Location, good understanding and cleanliness

For long stay.. not much accessories in the apartment and no welcome koffie or tea. The cleaner was a bit rude and opened the door herself after not knocking. Very scary experience even when I called to extended check out time which was suppose to be 10:30am but at 9:59 she opened the door with her own keys.

Not up to expectations.

Check in was super efficient. The beach is accross the road.

-We wernt expecting that we had to bring everything. There were no towels, soap or shampoo. -The sea side room is beside the tram. The tram is loud. -We booked the hotel for the fitness room and spa. The fitness room was being refurbished and it was not specified on the website. I couldnt see the spa for all the kids. -the restaurants are like giant school/work canteens. They are very efficient. No english channels.

Very Pleasant & relaxing

The appartment was nice spacious & clean. Kitchen with all the necesssary utensils, comfy beds but not the cushions ( problem in most of 3 - 4 stars) Breakfast at the restaurant was good , Lounge bar has activities/music in certain hours..The pool was a great rescue since the weather ( rainy & windy ) were'nt good the 3rd day of our stay.

The only inconvinient is the PARKING, my husband is a PMR and we had to park very far , even the zone Blue were payant everywhere in Ostende or you have to REGISTER at the commune to have it free ( we did'nt konw this) there are limited parking at thte hotel but reserve it very very early otherwise it's not possible too!!!

Great location. Lots of stuff to do. Nice views, lovely vibe. The apartment was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. Also, if you order food it doesn't take long to arrive. Were allowed a late checkout.

Towels are a subscription service. 15 bucks for three towels? Come on. The apartment does not have a lot of stuff like soap, dish soap, towels, etc. Everything costs (additional) money. Also rooms are not organized or clean while you are there.

Late check-in (from 16.00), early check-out (from 10.30) - 11.00 or 12.00 might be better. Jacuzzi was closed, dinner (burgers) is not worth 28 EUR - we expected better options. We asked for a double bed but the hotel provided only 2 separate single beds (not convenient for couples). I hope that they will buy double beds in the nearest future...

It was very clean. Parking on the street nearby was free.

The price resembles a hotel price, though you are supposed to make your own bed, take out the trashes, etc. There was also no coffee / tea in the apartment, which would have been nice for a one night stay. Our appartement was located under the stairs or corridor, so it was very noisy in the morning. Overall it might be a great option for longer stays or families, though for a one night there are better options.
