Location, good understanding and cleanliness
For long stay.. not much accessories in the apartment and no welcome koffie or tea. The cleaner was a bit rude and opened the door herself after not knocking. Very scary experience even when I called to extended check out time which was suppose to be 10:30am but at 9:59 she opened the door with her own keys.

Fantastic beachfront apartment with all facilities available inside the resort — including a jacuzzi and swimming pool. The location is excellent, with a tram stop nearby that makes it easy to travel up to De Panne. The highlight was the stunning beach view from the room — absolutely best in class. A perfect getaway spot for relaxation and convenience!”

Huge hotel - three hotels in one. Staff were no friendly at the bar I was judged when I ordered a drink!
Room was cold, no towels and had to make my own bed
