Avoid rooms in the courtyard

5 minutes walk near the train station. Very clean with comfortable bed. And very pleasant staff member.

The Room was very noisy due to the air evacuation tube (VMC)that was installed outside the room's window(as in the photo). When you open the window it gets noisy but when you close the window then another noise comes from the fan used for the air-conditioning system.VERY DISAPPOINTED cuz I've booked this hotel just to lay down and have few hours to sleep/relax after a tiring day and before getting our train early in the Morning. PLEASE avoid room 28 at any cost.

Works on the facade; awfull drilling noise, workers on the elevator mounted on the facade could look straight into my room. Works continued until 8pm and started again at 6am.

Lovely, friendly hotel by the harbour with great breakfasts

The reception team were so warm and friendly and extremely helpful. Amazing location only a few minutes walk from the train station and right opposite the marina. Everything in beautiful Ostend was just a short walk away, so it really was the perfect location for seeing all the sights. Breakfast was amazing! So much choice and really filled you up for the day. Lovely terrace with amazing views of Ostend on the 10th floor. Think they're really missing a trick not having a little bar or coffee shop up there, it was stunning!! The room was cozy, very comfy bed and a great shower.

There wasn't any air con, which isn't usually a problem for us, as we prefer to open a window but with the window open, the street noise, all through the night with groups of people outside shouting and banging shop shutters at stupid times (3 or 4 am), plus the usual road noise of traffic rushing through, motorbikes, sirens etc, was not great and really disturbed our sleep. It was too stuffy and warm not to have it open, so a bit of a pain really. It was such a shame, as everything else was fantastic but also, noise is to be expected when you're so close to the road (which we didn't realise when I booked it). Would still stay there again but maybe ask for a room on the other side of the hotel!

Breakfast was really marvellous, the personnel was super friendly.

The room was clean, but with bad air circulation, i.e, it was not possible to get fresh air, even when the window was open. View onto the marina, but from there a lot of noise, even in the middle of the night. I would not recommend a single room, too small, only two chairs which were not comfortable, no night stand, at least not at the head side. I would have appreciated an alarm clock. The bathroom was nice and comfortable. The personnel was really friendly and helpful.

only negative comment which is not the hotel’s fault is the noise from the lorries delivering early in the morning and the machines used to clean the street, which woke me up and seemed to carry on on for ever, even on the 5 th floor

Rooms were somewhat hot even though we turned everything off and checkout of 11 AM is somewhat on the early side. Wifi wasn't the strongest either.
