Brilliant!

The room was extremely clean, the staff was very helpful, hospitable and polite. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, having everything you would need and more situated a very close walk away. Restaurants, shops, amenities and the beach are all very close.

Overall, I do not have any complaints, the service, value for money, amenities, location, and staff were all exemplary.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Nice property in a good location one block from the boardwalk and the beach, and close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel doesn’t have parking so you have to park in the lot a block away, which is not cheap. The bathroom was renovated and new, but could’ve been slightly cleaner.

Near the beach if the weather allows to go there

The location is very near the beach and walking distance to center and restaurants.

The price was too much for the room. Went there for 3 nights, which was way too much time to be in Ostend. There is not much to do and weather is bad. Apart from cold, the wind is like a hurricane. The parking is not included and it's 30 euro per night. Super overpriced and the hotel just charges it fully.

The location is really good and the bed was really comfortable and soft! The staff in the morning was really friendly and professional

Some things in the room weren't functioning properly (water tap, makeup mirror, coffee machine, lamp at the tv kept shutting off and on which was pretty annoying). The staff when I arrived around 9pm was so cold ( not a good evening, explained nothing.. just asked for breakfast) it really felt like we were disturbing him

Beautiful but overprized

When you walk in, you’re immediately greeted with the signature hotel scent which makes it feel really relaxing and luxurious. The entrance is definitely the best part, but the hallways especially are a bit more outdated and less clean. However, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff at the reception was very friendly too.

We think it’s a tad bit overpriced especially since breakfast is not included in the room rate.

Cozy little gem even in winter

Lovely little boutique hotel right next to the beach. The young man at the reception desk was a delight. Beautiful Christmas decorations made it feel extra cozy. Great for getting on the tram to see the entire coastline.

Our view into the courtyard was bad but we didn't book a room with an Oceanview so that was to be expected.
