Wouldn’t take much to be perfect

Nice building, 1 block from the sea, in the center. Although small, the room was great for a short stay.

There are marks on the white walls that are probably difficult to remove because of the flat paint used. Found a hair on the floor of the bathroom. Hot plate to cook keeps on shutting off. There should be written explanation how to reset the system. Receptionist there only from 3 to 8pm.

It was a pleasant stay. The room is small but cozy and fits us 3 perfectly. I can come back there again🙂

Its close to the sea and has easy acces to public transport, just a few minutes walk and your there already.

The sofa bed wasnt so comfotable and anlittle instable so when you turn the whole bed rocks and makes noises.

Amazing getaway !

Even though it was a small space, we were three and felt very comfortable. The receptionist was really kind and helpful! Location wise is amazing, spaar was one of the closest supermarkets and there were a lot of restaurants around. 5min from the beach and we literally walked everywhere.

I would only say the stairs to go down to the lockers but still can’t really complain since we took a lot of luggage. Ah and the overhead shower was not in our plans 🥲

Ostende is a great vacation spot and the small unit was fine for a few days.

The location was perfect as the promenade and grocery store were only about a block away.

It could have used a little more cleaning, especially under the beds. No soap provided. Only instant coffee provided.

Very grand building. Helpful reception. Mostly nice apartment. Great shower.

had 3 reference numbers so gave up on trying to check in online, we may also have tried to check in before 3pm,. perhaps that was why we could not do this. On the Friday pm, there was a very rowdy large group of young people, they were above us and were shouting in the internal stairwell/fire escape. Our view was of the fire escape! There were too many trinkets on every surface which we had to move in order to place things eg phones to charge etc.

Could have be good but ruined by incorrect information in the original listing.

The listing said the location was open until midnight for check-in, but the day before, they sent an email saying it was only open to 8 pm. This completely ruined our plans. When we arrived we found they had forgot to include linen for the sofa bed, and there is no one around to help and only a crap web agent which did not help at all.

It was very easy to find. We will come back for sure. The room was big enough for my kids and me. There is a bakery close to the hotel and also the main street with a lot of shops and restaurant options.

Home away from Home!

Very much satisfied while staying here. It felt so cozy. Toddler friendly! Everything you need is in the room. Easy check-in and check-out! My favorite place to stay in whenever we have to spend time in Ostend!

Disappointing

The bed – sofa bed for two of our 3 people – was very very uncomforatable. An old mattress, bent out of shape, hard and the structure made squeaking sounds at the smallest movement.

- The room design was modern and minimalistic - The staff was quick to help when something did not work (TV remote in our case) - Lockers available for storing luggage after you have checked out - Very good location, a 1-minute-walk away from the pier

- The room was bit on the smaller side, especially with the sofa bed folded out - The room was a bit dirty (black smudges on the walls, floor was still sandy upon arrival) - I missed a few more hangers in the bathroom, e.g. a hand towel hanger next to the sink - Room had 'Hypoallergenic' in its facilities description. I still had an allergic reaction because my pillow had feathers inside.

Central place with little privacy

-Very loud street and little acoustic insolation from the windows. -Unpleasant view with little privacy from the opposite houses. -Little acoustic insolation from other rooms. -Actual room and bathroom are very small as most space is wasted in a giant corridor. And this was the "deluxe" room with terrace mind you. -Terrace is shared with two other rooms, which further compromises any privacy.

The location and cleanliness of the studio was really good. The staff was friendly and the room was cozy, facing the street, it was especially nice to sit outside with a drink when the weather was in favor.

The bed was too small and the sofa bed was also not all that good. The mattresses in general were average comfort but the pillows were really hard. Was very difficult to sleep so we returned a day earlier back home unfortunately.

room is very small (approx. 6m x 2,5m+ small toilette with shower) difficult to move in 3 people with luggages. I never met reception personnell especially for check out during opening hours (but I only had to use the drop box for the Key)

Perfect getaway

It was the perfect getaway during our honeymoon. It has a kitchen which we find handy as we cooked some meals. (ref and utensils included) It is perfectly located. The beach is one block away. The room is spacious and bed was comfy too. The room is located on the top floor so we didn't hear any noise. There was a sofa and closet too. I paid for the extra service (sparkling , petals on bed and late check out) and surprised my husband and he liked it very much.

The tempeature in the shower room. There is a wind coming in under the sink and it is really cold.
