Wonderful welcome upon our arrival- friendly and helpful - in fact during our stay we were especially impressed by the quality of the staff everywhere- but we need to give a special thanks to the two ladies who were at reception during our stay- Stephanie and Hanae- always with a smile and very efficient.

Lovely hotel worth the money parking great food for breakfast so much to chose from for all ages and people the spa area great and we even lift a Nintendo switch and got a email regarding it and lovely close to the beach and amazing food places all fresh and tasty will be back worth the money

Loved this hotel. A fantastic location. However the WiFi in the room was terrible. We had to sit next to our door in order to get good WiFi access. If we sat on the bed or at the table near the window, we basically had no WiFi. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

Nice hotel right on the boardwalk and beach. Beautiful rooms facing the water with balcony. Pricey but great view. Nice pool area, with some times dedicated just to adults. Minibar with nice drinks as well. Breakfast included, good options but not great quality. But breakfast is not why to stay at this hotel. Helpful staff.

Very nice hotel with sea views. Beautiful, spacious room with balcony. Tub and shower. Lots of functional space for clothes and beach goodies. Separate toilet space. Nice breakfast selection included with the room, but breads were not great. Wonderful pool and sauna area though. Walkable to all things Ostende. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were mostly all very friendly (a few in the bar could be a bit more welcoming). The service was great. The breakfast was very nice. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back.

The hotel is in an excellent location right at the beach. The sea-view rooms are perfect for watching the sun-set. Lovely, modern swimming pool. The hotel is in great condition (although one of the lights in our room did not work properly). The staff is generally friendly, however the night Porter at reception was not particularly helpful when it came to helping out with food delivery. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance of the ongoing building work to the lifts, which made the stay during day-times between 9am and 6pm rather disturbed and unpleasant (loud drilling and banging noises). The building work is ongoing for all of March, so I would recommend not staying until the end of March 2021 if you’re looking to spend time in your room during the day, particularly as the hotel does not offer a discount for stays during the building works.

The hotel location by the beach in Oostende is very convenient. It also has a spa section with all the necessities to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The restaurant and breakfast is of good quality. A good place to stay, centrally located.

Bad rating is for hotels.com/expedia! Booked 13 rooms for 3 nights and the hotel charged me all for 4 nights! Even after complaining to both hotel & expedia I still did not receive back the +\- 2200€. If something goes wrong in the communication between the hotel & expedia, it should not be the customer who suffers from this. Really dissapointing after more than 6 years booking through this site... Second note is that it’s very weird booking directly through the hotel is 30€/night more expensive than booking through hotels.com. Not really good Customer Service from the hotel’s part.

We always book a room with sea view, we love being able to open the curtains and there is the sea. Lovely breakfast room overlooking the beach. Good choice of food. Nice bar and outside area where we enjoyed a couple of cocktails. Love it. Would not stay anywhere else.

I was shocked that they hit their ceiling really loud to prove a point and got the hotel staff to call our room and complain. The rooms and not sound proofed enough. The hotel guests are mainly over 50s. If the balcanoy door is left open for a few minutes, the room can fill up with flies from outside.
