A lot more than we expected.

A typical Ostendaise small hotel with plenty of charm and human warmth.

A quaint family feel to the property.. A warm welcome- very simple and down to earth. Comfy room - fab shower.. bathroom a bit small for 2 people and no bath as advertised but no bother , the shower was great. Delicious varied savoury and sweet breakfast.. healthy and copious - great staff too. One of the waiters had a great ‘Basil Fawlty’ presence - defo recommend this place - 300m to the beach promenade and 300m to great music bars..

Outstanding!

Speedy response, friendly service, great location, you can see the beach just 2 blocks away, cozy room and bed like on the photo, thoughtfully equipped, big bathtub, clean, amazing breakfast, ... We will be back!!!

The property was perfect. Just FYI: No parking available, but we parked about 200m further underground at the Indigo, for a reasonable price.

Kursal is just 50 meters away so if u are gonna stay here everything is walking distance.. beach also and restaurants .. owners are friendly and breakfast is very good.

Cosy hotel in the centre of Ostend

Located near the casino, in the centre of Ostend. Very clean, cosy hotel room. Extended breakfast.

It was the final day of a heat wave in Belgium, so the room was very hot. There was a fan but it wasn't enough to ventilate the room. The lady at the reception was polite but a friendliness and a smile doesn't cost a thing.

One hour before arrival, I recieved a call from the hotel where they mentioned me they had to cancel my booking… so far without any compensation!

The staff were very friendly. Good breakfast. The room was big enough. The beds were ok.

No air-conditioning. It was not easy to control the temperature of the water of the shower. You didn't have the vrt tv channels ( public broadcasting)
