Everything, matius & staff were so nice, breakfast was good, they have had a refurb in entrance & bar area which is very nice indeed, been before and will continue coming

Nothing, but parking is bit bad, same as most hotels there, if you have car it’s ok as you can go underground but we had camper so made it bit difficult as it was too high to go underground

Excellent location, one minute walk from the beach, lots of bars and restaurants around. Room was very large and clean, great free wifi! Reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Good choice.

I appreciated the hot water kettle, the small fridge, the double door so that I don't hear noise from the hall. Also liquid soap and moisturizer in the bathroom was nice. The beds and chairs were comfy, tv worked fine. The staff was helpful and quick to help make the trip go smoothly. I also liked the "Happy Trip" train ticket that made the round trip journey economical. Location is good, right near a tram stop, near Casino, near beach.

I could hear a bit of noise from the neighboring room.

We liked the location. The room was great. Serviced every day.

Breakfast was disappointing. There was no hot food left. We did get some eggs made for us. The staff didn't acknowledge us at all. We felt like we were an inconvenience.
