Hotel out the 70s

Location

Very dated, extremely small rooms, wasn’t cleaned in the 3months we stayed. Breakfast was terrible. Door frames had no architraves

Nice straight forward hotel don’t expect a super hotel

Location and room were clean.

Bathroom was a bit outdated and shower wasn’t working properly. After mentioning it at the reception they took it very serious and provided us some discount and will fix it once we left. So that’s how you do it!

Excellent will book again

This was a perfect budget hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast, well stocked. The location is superb - next to the square and shops/restaurants and a 5 min walk to the seafront.

Rooms are basic - no hairdryer or kettle but for the price - who cares. There were hot and cold drinks machines in the reception area.

Right in the centre so easy access to the beach and most things in Ostend all in walking distance too. Good selection at breakfast too. Easy walk to and from Station

The hotel lived up to my expectations. I asked for a quiet room and was not disturbed in the least

The rooms were dismal and not very bright .The beds were on wheels and the mattresses were bigger than the bed base . So if you turned over in the night the you ended up on face down on the floor with the matress on top of you. It was dangerous.

Amazing location

Location is perfect, it's at the main street and 2 minutes from the beach. There was a problem at our bathroom but the receptionist repaired it immediately. The restaurant is lovely.

You hear everything, every step and every movement from next rooms are as if would be in yours.

The location is great. Breakfast is good value for money

Unfortunately, it was super cold and the heating system was not working properly, which was informed to us late at night, when we had no other options. We were given extra blankets 🙂 The bathroom has a sliding door that does not close completely. Finally, and worst, the bathroom was filthy. There were old soaps and shampoo bottles in the shower.

Great location, great beds

• Great location in one of the shopping streets of Ostend. Very close to the beach and restaurants/bars. • I slept very well in the great beds. • Although it's located in the centre of Ostend, I hardly heard noises from the streets • The breakfast buffet was extensive

• The shower didn't run well. There was a piece of soap stuck in the drain, among other things. • The staff at the reception was polite, but not friendly: no smile, no 'good evening' (for me personally, this is a dealbreaker)

ideal for a short stay central to shops

Stayed in a budget room, sufficient for 1 night stay - adequate shower/bathroom faculties abet a little on the small side. Central location to shops with a short walk to the beach breakfast selection was varied and adequate

Corridor echoes which resulted in hearing continuous footsteps from other guests and doors being closed etc. Pillows on the small side. No restaurant on site however due to the location choice was offered in other establishments
