Welcoming accommodation in a perfect area

The breakfast offered various dishes, the suite and beds were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom with double sink is particularly convenient. Perfect situation in the city, close to sea and really nice places to eat, enjoyed the hammam sauna and pool one day

Iron not available while we would have needed one, miscommunication on the breakfast time made us miss it on the bank holiday, cold water in the hotel pool which was only accessible for free after 5pm, unfortunately no fresh juice was offered at breakfast and one small bottle of water only in our room upon arrival.

disappointed - move gym equipment upstairs perhaps!!

2 single beds instead of double. spa only open from 5pm. dirty swimming pool. bar made a nearly undrinkable gin and tonic (which takes some doing). poor Wi-Fi. gym was 4 machines (which were actually okay) but in tiny basement space with low ceiling and damp; one corner window open all the time.

First and last time

The location is great. That’s pretty much everything this hotel has to offer, not much else. Oh no wait, wifi was good too.

The facilities are old, squeaky. It seemed like the toilet could fall down any minute. Bathroom and toilet have a glass door, I mean who’s the genius who thought of that? Too many lights in the room, the bed and pillows weren’t particularly comfortable. The parking is dangerously narrow, you should be very careful there. Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice. Coffee and juice were (self) served from a a machine, not fresh. Not what you expect from a 4-star hotel averaging 250 bucks per night.

To small swimming pool, pieces of tiles coming apart from the edge of the pool , everything looks shabby in the room, uncomfortable beds.

Good location and personnel, but terrible facilities

The hotel has a good location, 5 min from the beach. The personnel was welcoming.

The price of the room was too high given the state of the facilities - the sauna is very small, the hammam and infrared lamps were not working, the pool is small as well, the breakfast was pretty basic (not much vegetarian/vegan option). There is not a change room next to the pool and wellness area, so you have to pass in front of the entrance in bathing suit and you should bring the towels from the room. Overall the hotel does not deserve 4 stars and a room should be 100-120 euros at the highest.

Poor service. Rude management.

The size of the room

Poor service. Rude management. After we paid, the staff became particularly unhelpful, offering no solution for storing our luggage for the day, and basically telling us to go away. The staff and particularly the management were rude to us, condescending, even racist because we didn’t speak Flemish (we speak both English and French). Although the facilities are decent and the size of the room is great, some features were missing or faulty. For example there is an open shower and the water doesn’t flaw away and stagnates for 2 days in the entire bathroom. Definitely NOT worth 4 stars.

The housekeeping was terrible, the rooms were barely cleaned during our stay and the pillows were dirty when we checked in
