Host was incredible. We arrived late in the evening but he still greeted us and helped us find parking. The room was lovely and clean. Short walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants.

Good stay, although expectations were higher for 160 EUR for one night.

Location was good. Quiet area. Easily accessible with tram 'kusttram' stop Mariakerke-Bad. Very clean and completely new room. Comfortable bed, mini fridge available and two water bottles provided by hotel.

Rooms are not well sound-insulated, so you can hear other guests talking. 'Tea and coffee maker' is a water heater with instant coffee. Not expected, as we paid around 160 EUR for one night. At least a coffee machine should be included for this price. No garden view, although stated in room description. Curtains are not blocking daylight, so don't expect to sleep long after sunrise.

Small bunker room

Location close to the beach. Smooth check-in although we were late (no reception, check-in until 18h).

Room has no walls to the outside. Windows look out to the inside hallway, so no real fresh air in the room. Duck tape keeping the wall together. There is a fan, but it doesn't cool the room or bring in fresh air of course. Room is small and cramped.

It’s really a good hotel for a short trip. Nice place to stay at

It’s a very nice, clean, and well arranged property. It’s very close to the beach. One can go to the downtown area but it’s not necessary. Near to property is also a grocery store. Parking is easy on the parking area at the main road. It costs a bit but actually, it is not expensive for a seaside town. The owner is very polite and supportive. They are easily to reach by phone and quick at the room. If it’s possible they will help with additional wishes.

Unfortunately, the door to our room faced the sun side. The door‘s „size“ seems to move with this. This won’t change in summer and so it can be hard to close it. The bathroom solution isn’t perfect. A glad for that doesn’t really close because it’s a kind of swinging door. Even in the best partnership it could be hard… There is a glas roof top, which was open, that’s nice. Also, I can imagine that it could be really warm in summer, Maybe an air conditioning for the night would be nice. Although the room faces the back yard I wouldn’t like to let the door open.

Very disappointing considering the price we paid

We had a flood in the middle of the night and after not getting any response from the emergency number was left cleaning up the mess due to a leaking toilet. Two bags and a suitcase were damaged.

Beau séjour

Le lit était très confortable, rien à dire sur la propreté de la chambre. Et petit détail sympa: brosses à dents jetables, au cas où, on a un oubli.

L’hôtel est bien situé et propre, avec une chambre où rien ne manquait, ce qui a permis de passer un séjour agréable. Le concierge était d'ailleurs très sympathique. Cependant, j'ai été un peu déçue sur certains points: je pensais être réellement face à la mer car l'annonce précisait front de mer, ce qui n'est pas le cas. La chambre était petite, le lit commandé en King size supérieur n'était autre qu'un double lit simple, et l'insonorisation est vraiment insuffisante: j'ai été réveillée par les voisins. De plus, bien que j'aie indiqué mon heure d'arrivée comme demandé sur booking, le concierge m'a contacté deux fois pour me le redemander. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience reste correcte au vu du prix, mais avec ces améliorations, le séjour aurait pu être vraiment satisfaisant.

Super, zeker een aanrader voor volwassen koppels en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Zeer mooie moderne en nette slaapkamers. Zeker een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Vriendelijke ontvangst en zelfs voormiddag mogen inchecken in plaats van normaal 14.00 u.

Spijtig geen ontbijt mogelijk terplaatse maar wel bij hun restaurant op de dijk.
