Disappointing stay for the price, mainly due to noise and lack of follow-up on our issue.

The building looks neat from the outside and the location near the airport is convenient.

The price-quality ratio was disappointing. We paid €130 for one night, plus €15 for parking. There was a lot of noise during the night, likely from music on the parking or other guests, which made it difficult to sleep. We had made a double booking by mistake and informed the hotel early in the morning by email and also twice at the reception. We were told we would receive a quick response, but after a five days and and five follow-ups, we still haven’t heard anything. The staff were friendly but not able to help and kept referring us to a manager who was not available. It gave the impression that guest service and follow-up are not a priority and there is no manager at all.

They gave me a room which the cold tap water was not working in the shower and when I told them, they knew about it. They knew that I'm with kids and they gave me that room. On the walls they were spider webs.

this time the queue for breakfast was incredibly long. the breakfast area is too small. therefore, wake up early or don’t take breakfast. there are other nice breakfast places nearby.

anger anger anger anger!!!!!!!!!

The greedy, grasping, pettiness of a demand of an extra 15 euros for parking!!!!! This was not mentioned beforehand at all. After a tiring 10 hour drive, I was incensed by the underhand way, the owners had advertised the parking, but had not said that there was an extra fee. The receptionist, was very professional as he listened politely to my tirade upon the unethical behaviour of his employers.

the room was clean but no kettle and ran out of extra pillows. Complete rip off for car parking €15 which isn’t advertised on their website. It seems that most of the hotels these days are just robbing guests of an extra hidden charge 🤷‍♂️

The room was not serviced during my stay. Finally asked after coming to hotel of third day of no service to do so as towels were very thin and not reusable. Through booking.com, it showed parking at the hotel but did not mention parking needed to paid. No staff when I left and I did not receive a final invoice which was way higher than through the booking. Upon checking in did not receive paper copy nor an email notice of billing. No coffee machine. No tissues. Got a second floor room for a seven day stay without ability to look out the window. I would give an overall 6/10, but do not want to be harsh.

Good stay if you want to take your furry friend to the beach!

I like the staff at this hotel. They were very friendly, helpful, and always available. I stayed in the hotel with my small dog, and the pet-friendliness of the hotel was amazing. It was close to the beach where you can bring your dogs all year without any problem. If you want to stay in a place with your pet and be able to go to the beach, this is a very good option. There were some supermarkets within walking distance which were very helpful as well.

The price of the stay was a bit more considering its location. Wifi was not working just outside the building.

The hotel is near the sea and it is located in a calm area. There is a seating area outside with a lawn which was very nice to enjoy the great weather we had when we were there. There are a couple of supermarkets next to the hotel. But not many restaurants around. The hotel is near a bus stop and a tram stop (the coastal tram plus other trams). The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are snacks and drinks sold at the reception, which is good because after a certain hour there is nothing within walking distance that is open.

The breakfast was ok, but there are no good vegan options (only bread and jam, tea without milk). There is not even dairy-free milk, so you cannot have cereals either. So 12 euros for bread and jam is not worth it. For non-vegans, there are eggs, cheese, cakes, cereals, coffee/tea. No kettle in the room, no bath mat, no face towel (only one body towel).
