Total crap!!!

Swimming pool

Having spent €400 per night for two rooms for a family vacation, we received a complete lack of service: If you want to change broken keys to the underground garage twice, forget to get a pass to the pool, find hair from previous guests in the bathtub, and discover holes in the bathroom doors and chairs on the balcony, then this hotel is for you! In addition, the so-called terrace is very narrow and connected to neighboring rooms along the entire length of the building, so there is no guarantee that a cheerful company from the neighboring room will not come to visit you, although fortunately this did not happen!

Very large hotel which resulted in having to wait for empty elevators to take luggage up or down, as a large hotel, staff were very impersonal, despite advertising on site parking at €14 no parking was possible, with very little on street parking available.

Winter weekend.

I stayed for a winter weekend with a group of friends and we had a great time at the hotel and exploring the area. Parking was great at the rear of the hotel under cover. Check in was very easy.

Nice room and balcony, parking is disaster

Large room with large balcony and great sew view

Parking is disaster. Their own parking is not enough and the public parking nearby is limited time for 8 hours. There are some further public parking with a short walk distance. We tried to get information about parking before our stay but Vayamundo did not provide us good information about parking. The breakfast area is very crowded and food were not always filled up.

It was a nice hotel, staff was really friendly, and did everything they could for a nice stay.

the location was convenient, not far from the centre of Oostend, and right at the beach. The view is always nice, whether you have a beach, or a city view.

the balcony was to share with neighbours. the breakfast was rather early, it ended at 9:45. the room was not excellently cleaned.

A comfy and friendly hotel just across a beautiful beach

We love the location. The beach was directly across the hotel and a tram station as well. It's very convenient for all types of transpo. We mainly biked to travel around which is perfect, otherwise going with the car and the tram is so easy.

The pillows can be better as for us, they are too soft. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and they also have programmes and everything that one would need.
