It’s bigger than expected, we didn’t know it came with a self-cleaning kitchen. We love the air conditioner as it was very hot in Venice when we were there. Very clean and very close proximity to restaurants! It was also so close to the train station (15-20minute walk)

We wish there was more pillows and thicker duvet but other than that it was lovely!

A very clean and convenient room with a little kitchenette in a cabinet and a good bathroom in a great quiet neighbourhood. The bus station, Piazzale Roma, is only a 10 minute walk away. The location was great and it was very easy to reach points of interests frome there. It has restaurants and bars downstairs. Mr Gianluca made the check-in process very easy via Whatsapp. He was always availabe for immediate response, anything I wanted to. Great value for money accomodation!

Location was quiet but had nearby restaurants, cafes and piazzas. More of a local neighborhood feel, less touristy which I loved. Easily accessible to the popular destinations.

Good but could be easily improved to be great

Great location and definitely much cheaper than other stays on Venice. The host was helpful and responsive.

We were only given half a roll of toilet paper for a two night stay of two people, and no spares. Ran out and messaged the host who said they would bring some in an hour, but didn’t show for about 2.5 hours. Also one of the hand towels had a giant tan (I assume) makeup stain. Should’ve been thrown out than given to another guest.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The prime tourist spots were a bit far to reach by foot, which was only unfortunate as it was raining for the majority of our stay. The property was fantastic, but something to consider if visiting during a rainy period.

I loved the location. The apartment is in a really local area with great restaurants and bars very close by. I had quite alot of luggage so it was great to have the bus station only a 10minute walk away. The apartment has the option of being cleaned by the cleaner which is great. We didn't opt for that but he gave us clean towels which was great!

Very good

It was a last-minute booking for Biennale, and I needed something not too expensive. The apartment for two nights was perfect for myself. It's quite minimalistic but the room is spaceous, everything superclean.

One can hear the neighbours in the other apartment (same entrance but two separate apartments) very well, so when they speak you can hear almost everything, even the snoring during night.

Location is not far from train station, quite neighbourhood. From the other hand - it's pretty either from the sights, and from the boat stations. It place is pretty clean, contactless check-in.

There was no soap in the bathroom, the fridge is small, the kattle is small. Busy restoranut downstairs, so a lot of noises in the evening

Feel like a Venetian in a comfortable and quiet apartment in Dorsoduro

We enjoyed feeling like we live in our own apartment in Venice. It's located in a quite place in a lovely neighborhood Dorsoduro, outside of the touristic hassle. It has a small kitchen, though the pans are old.

The host contacted me several times to ask for my arrival time and flight information, even though I gave him the estimated time each time, and other information I didn't want to provide. It felt a bit intrusive. He was nice when I met him at check-in though. There was no soap, and not enough body wash / shampoo. We had some troubles turning the AC on or off sometimes.

Should be described as room to rent.

A good location in the university quarter, room with kettle and fridge and shower room.

On arrival, we were unable to enter the property, there was no one on site and the pin entry code provided on the booking information did not work. The telephone number went straight to answer phone. Fortunately a lady in cafe opposite saw our distress and was able to ring the owner who then provided us with a new entry code.

Good value for money and perfect for a short stay!

Good location with a spacious, comfortable room. Host was very quick to reply to messages and gave us tips for dinner.

Never met the host, only communicated through WhatsApp. Very thin walls, so could hear the guests in the adjoining room. Air con was powerful but dirt fell out of it onto our clothes underneath.

Very good location, comfortable stay

The location is perfect for discovering Venice on foot. It is walking distance from the bus station in case of airport transfers and approximately a 20 mins walk from the main train station. There are two coffees at the bottom of the building to have breakfast.

Our stay was very nice and we recommend this place.

The apparment was very clean and lovely for two nights stay. Everything worked and the location was near to city center but still in the quiet neighbourhood. It was nice plus to be able to lock the door from the inside.
