Great location, small room but worth it
You are really paying for the location — being in Venice and having everything within walking distance is priceless. It made the whole trip much easier and more enjoyable.
Breakfast was fine overall. The pastries were good, but I would have liked to see more options and fresher fruit.
The bedroom was quite small, but honestly, that’s part of staying in Venice. For me, the unbeatable location made up for the limited space.
Overall, a good stay if your priority is being right in the heart of Venic

Ideally located near Accademia. And also Zatere ref access to water transport The hotel and staff are gracious and welcoming. Warm when Venice was quite cold. Staff are kind and considerate. The whole experience was lovely. When I arrived I was greeted by two so helpful ladies. It’s a traditional hotel. Bed and breakfast. Enjoyable. Recommend. It’s an old building. It’s Venice. Thanks

This small hotel in a quiet neighbour is very well located on Dorsodoro, close to transport options, restaurants and places of interest. Staff were invariably friendly and helpful.
For a 3 star hotel at its price bracket there was nothing we didn't like or felt should have been provided.

Excellent location, just steps off the Vaporetto stop, withe the huge added plus you don’t have to haul your luggage over a bridge, which we did for a couple of days prior to changing to this hotel. The restaurant was really good, authentic Italian food. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was exceptional! Two twin beds with a separate sitting area with a lounge sofa. Super quaint and large room. Has a lift, but there are 4-5 stairs before it. Will be our hotel of choice any time we can get back to Venice.
