    There’s a lift, the staff was courteous, rooms were clean and location was nice. If only there was a kettle or microwave for making a cup of tea or coffee it would be even better. Crossing over the next building for breakfast is the only option. Breakfast is included so it probably explains why there’s no kettle, but tea or coffee in the room anytime is a pleasure for some or maybe many of us. Thanks for everything though. Good job.

    Pros: close to ferry rides, fairly quiet, view to garden. The AC works. Hotel is pretty empty and easy to access, check in is at the hotel next door, you can store luggage in the storage room if you arrive early bc check-in is at 3pm. Cons: There is no refrigerator, and the space is outdated especially after checking in at the hotel across the street. In general it is good for the price and has 2 twin bed availability.

    The location of the hotel is very central close to the Accademia bridge. The room is decorated in venetian style however it is very small. As a downside, the whole hotel needs rennovation. The furniture is outdated and there are not many facilities. Breakfast was also okay. I would recommend this hotel for short time stays.

    Its off season and the rate was expensive for 1 night. Check in/out is at Belle Arti. At checkin reception staff told me tourist tax is E3.50 and pay cash at checkout. When I checkout another staff charged me E7.00. I told her I stayed 1 night only but she said its E7.00 and no receipt given. The government website states E1-5 max. Dishonest staff.
