    We stayed for 2 nights and were very pleased. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a lovely spot, 7 min walk to the beach, 800 metres walk to the ferry (Lido stop) which takes around 15 min to the San Marco ferry stop. The buffet breakfast was good with a variety of pastries, scrambled and bolied eggs, fruit, toast, spreads and cereals. Coffee is from an automated machine but was good quality - cappuccinos were better than those in the cafes in Italy in my opinion. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend!

    We travelled with my parents in law and it was good to be in the cozy place. The staff is very helpful and supportive. There can be minor improvements like some small plumbing changes as the place needs some renovation. Overall happy with the place the rooms are a bit smaller, but nevertheless good place to be.

    If you want to stay at a quiet place a little away like 10 mins from the st. Zaccaria which mostly crowded

    4*, no view at all, handicapped room inside the hotel in the bottom floor, well air condition was on heating due to winter season, coffee self machine made,... anyway. The 2nd star is for the nice hosts. And it need lots of small repairs and full makeover.
