Very stylish hotel. Located 5 minutes away from the pier. It is a 15-minute boat ride from the Piazza San Marco, and it is also convenient to take a boat to the airport. Eduardo is a very attentive and caring host. He explained everything and sent a detailed map on how to get there. I will definitely come back again.

Owner/Manager very accommodating and helpful. Room well appointed and bed comfortable. Nice balcony.
Occasionally the hot water did not come through quickly enough and once there was no hot water at all.

Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was extremely calm, peaceful, and beautiful. The place felt very comfortable and well-organized, with a pleasant and relaxing vibe that made the experience even more enjoyable. The surroundings were lovely, and everything looked neat and well taken care of.
I would have liked it if there had been water in the fridge, or glasses available for drinking coffee and water.

Quiet location but only 5 min walk to Main Street. Good size en-suite and room, tasteful and modern with fridge.
