Very quiet location with easy access to vaporetto. No stairs nor bridges! Clean and pleasant. Amazing breakfast.

Carlotta and Julia were very very kind and hospitable. Julia prepared made to order breakfast everyday ranging from omelette to pancakes and they were the best breakfast ever from hotel stay. Small but incredibly nice hotel with great location away from St. Mark's Square. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time when I am in Venice. Thank you Carlotta and Julia for amazing stay.
