Carlotta and Julia were very very kind and hospitable. Julia prepared made to order breakfast everyday ranging from omelette to pancakes and they were the best breakfast ever from hotel stay. Small but incredibly nice hotel with great location away from St. Mark's Square. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time when I am in Venice. Thank you Carlotta and Julia for amazing stay.

The staff (Carlotta, Giulia & Erminia) were simply outstanding! Great communication, nothing was an effort, food was great & they sent us off with a hug, a smile & a wave. No question was too much & recommendations were all great. I’d 💯 stay here again!
Can’t help the location but it was quiet in the evenings so if you want more late night activity I’d suggest Cannaregio. But perfectly placed for so many other things & nothing is too far a walk.

Great selection from hot and cold food any breakfast with lovely service. From the minute we arrived service was very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic - we loved the area and being away from the overcrowded areas which could still be easily reached if required. Water buses just a few minutes walk from hotel.
Coffee was disappointing especially for Italy! Few more coffee pods in room would have been appreciated. Hospitality tray in room could have been better - only provided couple of coffee pods - although sure they would have been provided if we had asked to be fair.
