Very quaint and in a neighborhood that is quiet. The breakfast is AMMMMAAAZING!
The room was very small and I wish I had seen a photo of it in advance. It was very clearly noted that it was 10 square meters but didn't register with my brain.

Room was fantastic - we had a comfortable bed and air conditioning (really essential when we were there), and we had views on the Grand Canal (between two buildings). The shower had plenty of space and there was enough room to store our clothes and luggage. Even the lighting was tastefully done!
Location was also really great - close to main areas whilst still not in the middle of it, so it was nice and peaceful
Also, breakfast in the garden was a really relaxing and special start to the day. Even if the pigeons were quite cheeky!
I can't think of a single thing!

Place if property was very good and close to vaporetto stop of Academia. Nice room with all inside. Nice view on front of hotel. Perfect breakfast was provided.
Hotel did not provided enough dring water in the room. No price list for mini bar. This are things that should be improved as per my opinion.

The breakfast, very different than others hotel, breakfast included many healthy food.
Well, very bad, looks like the shower drain do not have vent and/or trap so I had to maintain the restroom door close all the time.
