Clean, nice staff and good offer for breakfast
rooms were a bit cramed (maybe too much furniture in the room) but would come back again to the same property

It was charming and perfectly located. Vaporetto stop was very close. Staff was lovely and helpful!
Air conditioning was very low - it was very warm in the room. Floors are a beautiful, but very slippery if wet! It was fine for us - but lots of stair climbing

Gorgeous location and fabulous boutique hotel with delightful outside spaces. Good buffet breakfast and terrific staff. The buildings have a lovely traditional feel with historic artefacts befitting of a hoy in this lovely area of Venice.

The breakfast, very different than others hotel, breakfast included many healthy food.
Well, very bad, looks like the shower drain do not have vent and/or trap so I had to maintain the restroom door close all the time.
