Historic charm and opulence without being stuffy. Perfectly located in the art district and to San Marco. Easy in/out via water taxi. And, the staff were as pleasant as you could expect. Truly a gem of a hotel in a perfect location. Highly recommend!
Not much to say here, other than we wish we could have stayed longer.

It was quiet & filled with antiquities. The garden is gorgeous!
They charged an extra 60 euro for my 12 year old to sleep with me in a French style double bed. More than enough room for him but he was considered extra!

The Pensione is an exceptionally nice building in a perfect location with two beautiful gardens that offers a history of glamour with extremely friendly staff.
It would be helpful if a designer is assigned to reduce and here or there renovates the amount of decoration and furniture in the Pensione.

The breakfast, very different than others hotel, breakfast included many healthy food.
Well, very bad, looks like the shower drain do not have vent and/or trap so I had to maintain the restroom door close all the time.
