Perfect for our one night trip!

It was very clean, ac worked well, very well centered within venice, they let us leave our luggage after check-out so we could explore more, they were very communicative and helpful.

There’s not much to not like. I would say the stairs to go up to the last floor were a little steep, but nothing too impossible but maybe something for you to consider in case you have any disabilities or even just having large luggage can be a hazzle.

I would say it’s pricey, but when you think about it, the whole Venice is expensive. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, but again, thinking about it Venice has limited space.

Cozy, convenient location with a no-food quirk

Easy access to Academia Bridge, water taxis and more. They allowed us to keep our luggage there before and after our stay.

House rules don’t allow for eating food in the room, but it does have a fridge. Small room and bathroom.

Amazing location in a spacious room.

This stay is central to the area, right around the corner was the Ponte dell’Accademia which had beautiful views! It was a comfortable stay and we enjoyed our time and the stay was perfect for our trip!

There was a very small leak under the sink in the bathroom.

There was a lot of facilities like electric kettle and a minibar and hairdryer also shampoos we could come back every few hours for a tea and take a rest in the hotel then continue our tour! The location was perfect😎😎😎

In one of the rooms (we rented 2) the A/C didn’t work well. A fan was provided but it was still very hot. Also, the beds were stiff and sagged a lot.

The staff were helpful over WhatsApp and were very good about letting me stash my bags before my flight. The location was fantastic, especially for the price!

They could have been clearer ahead of time with giving information needed to get into the guest house, especially as there was nobody on premises to let me in so I was waiting outside for a response on WhatsApp.

Basically unstaffed except booked arrival time. Given the size of the place I can understand the economics of that, and their system worked, but someone on site can be helpful. Didn’t remember to ask for Wi-Fi code, so never managed to use. A little anonymous.

Pleasant

Neat and clean. Small but comfortable for one night for a couple. Value for money. When in Venice, people usually do not stay in the room and only come to the room to sleep in the night. So it was quite good for that purpose.

The owner did not give correct instructions for check-in and also directions to the room were not clear since the location on Google maps was incorrect (July 2022). So be careful. It is a bit far from city center. You cannot really walk from the city center because you need to cross the river if I'm correct and that requires taking a ferry. So plan and check accordingly.
