Granda Sweet Suites

We enjoyed our stay of four nights. Getting into the room was a little difficult but once we were in the staff was very responsive to our needs.

We loved our stay here! Being right on the water really was such a treat and we’re glad we chose this location. The property is great and well maintained. Our room was good, I will say it felt a bit dusty and damp (the bathroom especially felt damp, and there was some mold around the shower) however I think this may just be part of living in Venice and living right near the water. This did not actually detract too much from our enjoyment of our stay! It was comfortable and had all that we needed for a great stay. The location itself is pretty good too I’d say because it’s almost equal distance from the train station and the city centre.

This large room was amazing!!!! The window view to the Grand Canal was breathtaking. Although the shower could be updated, I highly recommend this unforgettable room.

Very convenient location as water bus was right in front but hotel itself was dated and heating did not work correctly and got chilly at night. Also room was very dusty I stood for 2 nights and was happy when it was time to checkout
