the location was good, even though there was construction they really gave good instructions on how to reach to the hotel

the wifi wasn't great, no elevator

Very atmospheric period property with very unique rooms - exposed beams, brocade, felt like 1800s Venice.

Still undergoing work would be good to see when work done as has some pretty palatial aspects

location was perfect, the value of money - not very much tho because no one actually met me at the reception, even though it was a day and a working hour. I had to drag 20 kg luggage to the room and it was really hard to find it after being under the sun on the boat for 40 minutes.

the stair corridors are so narrow I barely dragged the luggage to the room. the rest was alright, it was super clean and tidy. there is no toothpaste, shower gel or a shampoo so keep that in your mind too.

The location is good and the room was clean.

Finding this place was an issue. There were no clear instructions. The access is through a back alley, a little scary late at night. In terms of building and hotel facilities be cautious, this is not a typical 3 star hotel you would find anywhere else in Europe, it's more of a 3 star hotel to find in Asia. A very small reception, no common areas. It's a very old building, not well maintained. The pictures shown by owner do not reflect the real size of areas, everything is smaller. The air-conditioning in our room was dripping water on the floor, we reported it at the reception, they said they would look at it, but didn't fix it.
