Close to main attractions of Venice.
Well its 4th floor so prepare if you are a smoker 😁. Nothing in perticular is so bad to mention.

The location is great, in 3 minutes walk you are in San Marco Square, and the same time takes you to get to Rialto bridge, in 5-7 minutes you can reach the ferry stations, lot of cafe and restaurants are nearby, you can find everything easily and GPS works properly, so you can get to the location from any part of the wonderful Venice.
The tourists were too noisy at nights and it was impossible to sleep.

Good location
Extra daily charges to turn on the fridge in room & air con. Owner wasn’t there when we left, had an issue sending payment and cost us more in charges
