    The location is superb, offering excellent walkability to all the main attractions while still being quiet at night. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The view from the room was somewhat disappointing, although this was not a major issue for me. The bed could also have been more comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, particularly thanks to the excellent location and friendly staff.

    Hotel location was excellent. Shower & bathroom small. Room spacious and clean. Harley was a great welcoming host. We were disappointed that we were not in the main hotel - this was not explained to us on booking. There were no staff on site where we were staying which was not ideal. Upon arrival we had to be directed by a business owner on the street as to where the hotel was. Google maps did bring us to 2nd building but we could not access it and there were no notices on it to direct us to where to go.

    No AC, has fans which are making noise. Should not be used as rental room or hotel. We didn’t stay there because it was noisy and hot. We should get money back but I think the hotel rental system and customer service is not great in Italy. I would recommend agoda not to be partner such type of hotel.
