Location was excellent, room clean and tidy
the ensuite bathroom was tired and could do with a little update. Water flow minimal and shower head not able to static one position.

Great location ! Near St Mark’s Square and lots of great restaurants
It’s hard to find. You really need to copy and paste the “pin” that they send you to find it through Google Maps. The stairs are steep and tiny, so be prepared for that if you have luggage.

Just location
The room is in the roof. Not good. For tall people it’s impossible not hit the head many times. It happens just in room number 6. Other rooms seem to be ok.
