Everything. Every single detail was thought out and guest oriented. Awesome, polite stuff. Great lovation. Very comfortable.

A lovely room with enough space for 2 people. There was a fridge, TV, wardrobe so everything you'd need. The shower had great pressure and whilst the bathroom was small they had managed to put in a good sized shower. The location was great, plenty of shops and restaurants just round the corner.
The entrance when you first come in doesn't look like it's looked after but once you get to the 3rd floor this changes and it is very welcoming

It is in a very cool old building. They have done a good job decorating the room and the upper floor has a terrace that you can view the city from.
The water was freezing cold. The hair dryer blew a weak, neutral blow and so didn't really work at all. The staff is only available from 8am to 2pm. There is only a sheet on the bed, no comforter. That may be because of a bed bug problem. We had bites all over our bodies after the second night. I am super heating our laundry and luggage to avoid bringing any into our home.
