Comfortable central stay in Venice

Nice and spacious apartment is the centre of Venice. Huge bathroom, plenty of storage and a great mini kitchen. Paola was very helpful and kind. We loved the gift cornettos too on the first morning. :)

Some minor issues like no kitchen towel or elec. sockets not working in the bedroom. But not a big deal for us and easy to fix.

The best place in Venice for a luxury stay

The place was gorgeous. High standards of finishes and decoration. Very spacious. Comfortable bed. 5 stars hotel feeling. Amazing hosts, Valentina and Paola made our stay incredible. Ideal spot to get to know Venice, you can walk everywhere. I can’t recommend this property enough.

The most amazing property.

Residenza Ducato location was excellent and very very convenient with Stunning apartments so tastefully designed. This is my third trip to beautiful Venice and I will not stay anywhere else after staying here. Paola and Valentina were amazing and generous hosts. Can’t rate it highly enough!

Great location but it’s a little pricey

Great location, friendly staff with helpful recommendations!

The towel rack wasn’t working, we informed the receptionist twice, had to turn it on from downstairs and still didn’t turn on. The temperature was set up to 21 but the room felt cold and there is also a mosquito issue but they provided us with mosquito plug in repellent.

The property is located in the very city center. It is very modern, luxurious, with amazing friendly staff. Room was very spacious. We loved everything about the property and it made our stay in Venice very memorable. We will be definitely coming back!

We travelled Italy for two weeks staying in several different locations. This hotel, by far, was the most superior. Real luxury with a family feel. The interior is pleasantly decorated. The outdoor courtyard is a lovely addition. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers. They had separate beds in the living room which was a bonus. The bathroom was well-appointed with all luxury amenities. This hotel is at a higher price-point however, totally worth the extra spend. Valentina, the receptionist couldn't do enough for us! She arranged our transfer to and from the Venice airport and was so helpful throughout our stay. We were surprised by the taxi cost but after much review, it was a fair price (150 euros each way). I recommend booking the water taxi through the hotel as they meet you right at the port drop off (otherwise a tad difficult to navigate independently).

This is not a hotel issue but mine. As a Canadian, I rely heavily on a dryer. Although the unit has a washing machine, it does not house a dryer. We did not use the proper washing cycle and our clothes were drenched. They took 3 days to dry. I strongly suggest asking for further clarification on the washing cycles.

Look no further!

Excellent location, 5 min walk from Rialto. Quieter that the GC are and I loved that everything I needed was within 5 min walking distance. Supermarket,bakeries, breakfast, cicchetti , dinner , everything. Gets much quieted in the evenings . The property had a small garden upfront and I am a sucker for open spaces, especially in tight places like Venice. We got ground floor apartment and was lovely. Valentina was a darling and helped us with many recommendations. Left us a pasticceria bundle one morning …

The lighting was pretty poor especially in the bathroom. Difficult to shave, apply makeup etc. that’s the only minor discomfort.

FANTASTIC STAY!!!

This was a fantastic hotel. We arrived from the UK at night, the hotel staff had arranged transport for us from the airport to the hotel, and made arrangements for our keys also. The next day they had arranged for breakfast to be delivered. When we did have a chance to meet she was very helpful in giving us information about where to go. Access to to the hotel was easy, it was centrally located and in walking distance to all the sites. Inside the ambiance, decorations, arrangements, furniture, and amenities were all fantastic. It was our first time visiting Venice and being at this hotel with such a helpful and accommodating staff was the cherry on top. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Beautiful property. Felt brand new. No expense spared on fixtures and fittings. Nice kitchen, beautiful bathroom, bedroom and furniture. Very impressed. Staff were super helpful. Loved it. Close to Rialto bridge. Very convenient.

Very clean, comfortable and beautiful apartment with kitchen. Excellent location on a quiet street, a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The staff was very helpful and friendly, spoiled us with fresh croissants in the morning, it was unexpected and pleasant. Thank's Paola and Valentina, we had fun!

The property is stylish, large for Venice and perfectly located. where so many places promise a lot more than they deliver, this property is understated on the website and listings. It is spectacular. All appliances, lighting and aircon is high-tech and everything is of the highest quality. The bathroom we had is enormous and the space generally is unusual for Venice. The hosts are generous with their time and their knowledge. The area is quiet despite its location and the attention to detail is commendable.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, and everything was very clean. The staff was friendly, and the appliances were of good quality. It had everything I needed.

The only downside was that the sofa bed area wasn't soundproofed, so we could hear noises from people in the hallway and the ice machine. Despite this small issue, everything else was wonderful – comfortable beds, pillows, and a fantastic location.

Outstanding property. Very modern design, appliances and bathroom fixtures. Location couldn't be better. Overall we would highly recommend the property. They dropped a bag of pastries at the door each morning, did free laundry for us.
