Elevator not working which will help carry luggage upstairs

The room location was amazing. And the staff was super helpful in helping us find them easily. Room was surprisingly soundproof and dark.
Main bed mattress needs to be replaced.

The location is located within easy walking distance from many parts of Venice
I don’t feel it matched the description at all, there were no privacy curtains and the people across could see right in the room. I would say the breakfast was continental at best.
