    The hotel location is great - near everything and the staff is really nice - they are helpful, getting oyu taxis and directions. Breakfast was fine . However, the hotel is old and the rooms/bathrooms are very outdated.

    Mr Ibrahima ( the night shift manager) was exceptional with his kindness, helpfulness and caring. He is very informative and gave us lots of great tips which made our stay even more enjoyable in Venice.

    The hotel is in a great location, close to key attractions and easy to reach. The staff were generally helpful, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was good with a decent selection. However, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The decor is dark and outdated, with old furniture and worn beds. While some might enjoy the vintage style, it didn’t appeal to us. Given the high price and the condition of the rooms, it didn’t feel like the 4-star experience they advertise—more like a low 3-star at best.
