The hotel is located in a very great location. It was so easy to travel anywhere from the hotel. The room was pretty nice and clean. Some staff were nice and friendly, some were a bit tense.

Clean comfortable room, excellent staff and very good breakfast and afternoon tea. Room was very small though and the bed could only be got into from one side - difficult when getting old!

Stayed in the annex. Essentially an Air B n B like set up. 3 mins walk from St Mark's square. Nothing to complain about

The room was beautiful and clean!
The location is ok and we got assigned to the annex building (1 min walk from the hotel)
The building has no lifts so we need to move our luggage via stairs (2 floors)
Fortunately the staff kindly helped carry some of them for us!
