Hotel Caneva

The property was awesome. The air conditioning was an important aspect for us being drying a heat wave. It was amazing!! We woke up in the night almost too cold. The room was clean. We had a shared bathroom which appeared to be cleaned every day. It was never a problem, and the bathroom had a shower and toilet. Our room had a sink. Good location too, right near Rialto bridge.

The only thing I would’ve changed… and I hate to complain cause we had such a good stay… we would’ve loved a little fridge in the room. We could’ve put water bottles, a bottle of wine etc.

Awesome location.

Not having a communal kitchen or similar. For example would be great to have access to a fridge. Staff does the job but is very 'cold', unfortunately a regular thing in Italy.

The property is well located, the room size was enough for me, it was clean, and amenities as expected, it also had a good view too. The staff and Massimo were super courteous and nice, and the room was serviced every day.

Overall I had a great stay, I knew the limitations of the property beforehand but it was all good. The only thing that disturbed me a little was the sound insulation - it was flagged beforehand by management, but I was unlucky to have a child next door, and you could literally hear everything that’s being said in neighbours rooms. But gladly didn’t affect my sleep.
