Brilliant location, very close to Rialto and St Marks Square. Room was exactly as described with large bathroom comfortable bed!
No lift and on the 4th floor was a bit inconvenient and breakfast was a bit ropy!

The hotel has a nice breakfast and very well located
The man who received us is very rude. The check-in time is until 6 PM, but he kept pushing me to arrive earlier. He gave me some directions for the Vaporetto, but since it’s my first time, I went the wrong way. To my surprise, he got pissed off, started writing in ALL CAPS, and told me he would leave. I don’t know who he is, but he is not a good person to manage clients.
