Great location, near Rialto Bridge. Duck of Alilaguna ferry orange line from airport is in frond of hotel main door.
Stuff are very nice and kind. My husband accidentally failed down into canal and he had several deep cuts on his right foot when we stay. Alice helped us to call water ambulance, and we waited for a long time that ambulance no come. She suggested we take water taxi to emergency room instead of waiting for ambulance. Then she helped call a water taxi took us to the emergency room. She also help me to carried our two luggage to the water bus duck when we checked out.
We had a home doctor came over to change my husband's bandage on the wound. Luca helped to do translation between home doctor and my husband. Thanks so much for Alice and Luca help during our difficult time.
It will be better if more vegetables for the breakfast.

Shower cubicle was dirty. Not fixed when I complained. Bed rooms open directly off breakfast room. Not Sound proof. Tetchy staff when five minutes late for breakfast (finished at 10). COST! €900+ for two nights at the end of September is comparable to the Danielli. V disappointing.
