Location was perfect, very close to Rialto, & Vaporetto & not far from St Marks Square. Could walk everywhere if chose or catch the water bus & hop around.
Understand it’s an old building with a lot of flights stairs & the rooms are closed off from window views making the room dark. Understood the room would be small, but was a little disappointed on how small for a family of 4. We were just fitting in with small suitcases. The photos on the app have been dramatically brightened, as the rooms are very dated now.
No fridge was also a disappointment as you’d like a cool drink after a long day walking.

The location is exceptional very easy access to all attractions as well as transport. This staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating.
The only thing that was a minus for us is that we found the mattress to be very hard but this is a very subjective concept

I loved the charm of the hotel; it truly fit the vibe of the city which is what we were looking for. It was charming and a bit dated which we loved the decor. Convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was friendly and helpful to all our needs and questions. Easy access at check in and check out and they held our bags after checking out.
Like most places in Venice, no elevators. All rooms are walk up. Don't forget anything :)

There is no elevator and I’m very happy I only had a light tote bag for my 1 night stay
