The location was perfect. 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge, 10 mins from Mark's Square.
plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs all close by.
The room itself was very small, the bathroom was tiny, shower was claustrophobic, it was that tiny. Towels changed every 2 day or you could pay a fee €3/2 per towel to be changed daily.

Location was perfect, very close to Rialto, & Vaporetto & not far from St Marks Square. Could walk everywhere if chose or catch the water bus & hop around.
Understand it’s an old building with a lot of flights stairs & the rooms are closed off from window views making the room dark. Understood the room would be small, but was a little disappointed on how small for a family of 4. We were just fitting in with small suitcases. The photos on the app have been dramatically brightened, as the rooms are very dated now.
No fridge was also a disappointment as you’d like a cool drink after a long day walking.
