    I had read the reviews knowing there was a noisy bar next door to the property which is why I requested a room on the 3rd floor when booking which I did not get at check in. Lady at the front desk was rude. Toilet needed to be fixed day 2 while getting ready for dinner. Was told we would be compensated 50% off for breakfast. When checking out same rude lady said that was not true and tried to charge me full price and argued with me. Housekeeping and lady working the breakfast were lovely. Facility was clean.

    I’ve stayed in many hotels, but I have rarely seen such a lovely staff — so polite, smiling, and attentive. The level of cleanliness in the hotel is exceptional and truly rare. The housekeeping lady was absolutely wonderful, and the atmosphere is amazing. I hope to return very soon! I highly recommend it to everyone! The best location and a beautiful environment. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
