An absolutely wonderful experience - very authentic and very Venezian! Excellent location, yet quiet. Very clean, fresh apartment made with quality materials; very nice, high quality bed linen, towels and toiletries. In our two-bedroom apartment we had two bathrooms (one with windows - ah!) and a beautiful cute canal view. A common terrace overlooking the canal and picturesque roofs felt as the cherry on top of the cake!

This is an excellent place to stay, especially for families. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and very clean, and the whole property is well maintained. The location is great, and the area is peaceful and quiet, which makes it perfect for relaxing. The host are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful and comfortable large bed. Very nice linens. Room was nicely appointed with free bottled water, slippers, teacups, an electric kettle and coffee maker. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The refrigerator in the room is very useful.
We were there in early October and it was still warm outside. The room was stuffy in the evening. The AC is not available after October 1, so we opened the windows for fresh air and ventilation. However, noisy people in the street and people getting on and off boats in the canal disrupted our sleep throughout the night. Next time we visit, we may investigate staying elsewhere.
