    I booked this hotel for location to the Piazza San Marco and it is right there so is well located, only a small walk to enter tue Piazza. I was given a large suite in the Palace side which had a modern renocated bathroom, huge lounge and kitchenette and a separate bedroom, apart from the modern bathroom the rest of the suite was dated with wooden floors and old wooden furniture. The bed was 2 king singles joined together and Whilst okay to sleep I ended with a sore back. i also had an issue as I use a portable CPAP machine and there was no powerpoint near the head of the bed on either side so luckily the power Cord on the CPAP has a ling cord which stretch to half way down the bed. Bathroom was good however shower head was half way down the wall of the bath and the glass screen did not offer total protection so the floor ended up wet. But the bathroom was fresh and renovated so was good including a bidet. Pillows were so so as well so needing a replacement. Breakfast was good Starts from 7:30 to 10:30 and offered a good selection Check Out is 11:00 although cleaning staff were keen to get going so I flet I needed to vacate a little earlier than planned. Luggage storage was offered. Overall it is okay, there are many choices in this area with many boutique hotels so please check out options but this hotel is okay to stay

    Nice hotel, great location off St marks, breakfast was nice. But the issue was that the air conditioning was heating the room on a hot night and the only way to cool the room is by opening the windows to the mosquitoes. I spoke to the desk they said they aren’t allowed to set air conditioner to cooling unit later in the year due to Venice municipal rules.

    Location is 2 min walk to piazza San Marco. Breakfast was great. Some of the stuff rude. Room terrible but cheap hotel so cannot expect more. Definitely not a 4 star. If you want for something for 1-2 nights max, I recommend. If you want to enjoy the hotel, I do not recommend for longer time.
