    Nice hotel, great location off St marks, breakfast was nice. But the issue was that the air conditioning was heating the room on a hot night and the only way to cool the room is by opening the windows to the mosquitoes. I spoke to the desk they said they aren’t allowed to set air conditioner to cooling unit later in the year due to Venice municipal rules.

    If you want to be right next to San Marco without the noise, this hotel is perfectly situated. However, be aware that you are paying for the "prime real estate" rather than the hotel services. Pros: Incredible location; quiet despite being so central. Cons: Limited Amenities: No room service, no kettle/coffee, and no complimentary water. Maintenance: Our in-room phone didn't work, making it hard to communicate with staff. Value: At nearly 400 euros a night, the "ok" breakfast and somewhat cold service made it feel more like a budget stay in an expensive zip code. I wouldn't stay here again simply because I’ve had more welcoming and better-equipped experiences for similar prices elsewhere.
