Our first room was a little small and off the main hallway which we didn't personally like however we did change our room and everything was terrific. Staff was great and helpful especially Valentino.

The staff was extremely helpful, particularly managing all our bags. We had one day in Venice and they were efficient and cognizant that our time was limited, making every accommodation to get us on our way.
