I loved the Venetian feel . It was a classic Venetian decor
I think the beds were not that comfortable they could be a little softer. They were hard as boards

Everything, it’s beautiful and classic

The location was great, the size of the room fitted our family of five well.
From the arrival the greeting by a male member of staff was blunt and rude. There was eye rolling and sarcasim, when I asked a question. We also asked for Breakfast and it was immediately denied, then when asked about it for the following day, it felt like an inconvenience and even though we asked with more notice were told no.
No soap was left in the room, and the towels were not replaced. We were also left half a bottle of opened water, and this was not replenished during the duration of our stay.
