It was a wonderful experince, if u plan trip to Venice you can consider the Palazzetto Pisani! It is historic building by the grand canal, suite’s view was amazing. I was too tired but i woke up at night few times just to watch the canal. It was clean, comfy and spacious room. Thank u

The location was superb, staff friendly, room incredibly spacious with luxurious bathrooms and bedding incredibly comfortable. I will never get over the beautiful view from our “Salute” suite in the adjacent building. Being able to take a water taxi to and from the hotel lobby was definitely a big perk.
The significantly sloping floor in the primary room of the suite was unnerving. My roller bag would roll on its own if not placed on the luggage rack or on its side. I slept horizontally/across on the bed because the headboard was at the bottom of the slope. and at one point I felt a little vertigo when walking in the room. I know Venice is sinking and assume this has something to do with it. So is it normal? I don’t know as it was our first time. But it really put a damper on feeling safe in the room. Which is unfortunate because the location, size, view and staff were all wonderful.

The staff were so helpful and so accommodating. We arrived late in the evening and it was close to restaurant closing time, but they never made us feel like this. They tended to us so well. I didn’t get the waiters name the first evening, but he was a gem.
No fault of the property, but we were in room nobile and the noisey guest upstairs really ruined our stay. She was shouting on the phone until the early hours.

The suite was very large, stylishly furnished, clean and warm – all in all a place to feel comfortable. BUT…
We were not satisfied with the accommodation…
We had booked for five nights and after three days were unexpectedly asked to leave the hotel within two hours. According to the staff, it was a fire department closure. They booked us accommodation in another hotel that was almost the same price, but in comparison, it was unacceptable.
To this day, we have not received any refund from either booking.com or the Hotel Palazzo Pisani for the two days that were wrongly charged.
