Perfect location with luxurious flair

A works class hotel with exceptional service from when you first arrive. Restaurants are fantastic and room comfort is perfect. Don’t miss the 5p daily saberage in the bar to make the end of the day! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Venice which was accentuated by the St. Regis hotel and their superb team

There was nothing not to like about this place! The hotel, facilities, staff, location, and food & drink were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and the butler team (in particular Gorgo) couldn't do enough for you. Every time they seen you, they engaged and offered many suggestions, arranged trips, restaurant bookings etc. The views from the garden terrace are outstanding. If you are going to Venice, stay here!

No one tell before that view will be on the wall. It was impossible to have dinner at the restaurant before 9:30 pm. One day room was not cleaned. Price for boat from St.Regis 4 times higher than any boat from taxi (boats are same :) Staff unpleasant. No one want to make their job. Concierge service told they can’t book restaurant, all booked. We booked all restaurants by ourselves and it was possible ))

unmatched location, gorgeous renovation of a classic

Love the bars. My husband liked Art bar and I loved having breakfast on the canal. Loved the floors and used them to navigate (turn right at the baby blocks then go down ... ) and that sinuous sofa outside the restroom is gorgeous.

Not crazy about the art in the hall leading to Art bar, the classic sculptures with the glass animal parts

Unbeatable.

The hotel has been beautifully redecorated in exquisite taste since we were last there some years ago. The staff are exceptionally nice, kind and helpful without any hint of sycophancy. The breakfast is unparalleled in my experience. The hotel is not cheap but for once you have the feeling it is worth every penny.

I had a fantastic and lovely stay!

The staff were nice and very welcoming. The location is excellent and very easy to get to major tourists spots even by walking distance.

The property's elevator and toliet are slightly small, but overall it wasn't much of an issue.

Enjoyable stay but not quite on the money.

Loved the outside space very unusual for Venice. The terrace to our room was exceptional with amazing views. The staff tried very hard to keep on top of things and were largely pleasant, though some stupid rules rather spoilt things once or twice. For example they couldn't fit us into the restaurant on the first night we arrived so we asked if we could eat immediately next to the restaurant in the garden all of 10m away but that request was refused.

The room was cramped with no more than two feet of space either side of the bed or at the foot. When we couldn't get into the restaurant they suggested an alternative off St Marks Square which sadly was not very good. They appear short staffed and even accepting it was a very busy weekend (Feast of the Redeemer) it was rare not to have to ask twice or three times for simple things like a spoon or a menu. The staff were always pleasant but just off the mark if the hotel wants to be considered a 5* property.

6 star price, 5 star location, 3 star facility, 3 star staffing.

Location

No shower door, water everywhere. Small room with lousy view of construction. Broken electrical socket, broken toilet flush, internet rarely working, understaffed concierge who really didn’t care. Bellman unresponsive. Dinner hotel restaurant poor and expensive, breakfast good but not enough outside space for seating. It’s a 5 star location with a 3 star staff and 3 star facilities. And 6 star prices.
