Everything was so clean and comfortable!

Nothing, it was fantastic!

The location was perfect. The worst was the shower which was not able to turn around to take a good shower….

The property was very neat and clean very difficult to find took my wife 3 1/2 hours to find this may be a normal situation in Venice. Although the owner did show up and apologize for all the difficulties that we had and some of the damages that were not corrected at the property he was a great assistance of getting us a taxi ride to the airport at 2 o’clock in the morning.

The showerhead was broke. The TV did not work the entire time we were there we could not get in contact by phone or email with the property owner until they finally came to get on what’s up line every time we try to call their phone it would not ring they tried to call us and could not get through, very unusual. The only thing that I was disappointed in is, they knew there were things that they were responsible for offered no type of reimbursement or discount. My wife and I are in our early 60s. We’re also not made to Wear the fact this place was four stories of carrying that luggage staircases, which of course there is no elevators in Venice, but it would’ve been nice to know that to begin with that. We were on a fourth story. They were very kind people were apologetic, but I do feel like we paid an extreme amount of money and got less than I felt we should’ve gotten for what we paid.

Overall the Pros are : Great Location , Good size of the rooms and comfortable beds and Good staff Cons are : Facility needs urgent repairs Kitchen sink [water not getting down the drain even after 4 hours] Toilet flushing system does not have a face plate to push for flushing Floor tile shaking at one location in the lobby Floor sill plate is dislocated Cupboard door is broken in the entrance lobby
