"This was a delightful spacious stylish room, with all we could hope for including AC and a large (king) bed. The cherry on the cake was the balcony over looking the canal and the gondolier passing by...."

Great location, comfortable bed, spacious shower.
Listing said there was a bath, but there was only a shower. Listing said there was a lockable safe, but it didn’t work. Disappointing that there were no sachets of instant coffee, only teabags. And not even a single bottle of water.

The locations was very good, near to the highlights of Venice. It was easy to come and go and the room was very clean and nicely equipped. The staff was all very nice and quick to respond.
Maybe a few more signs inside the property, indicating the direction of the rooms would be nice, but it wasn't a major issue.

Great location. We had a large, balcony room overlooking a canal. Helpful receptionist from parent hotel showed us the room.
