    Happy of the quality of the stay and room for how much I paid. The staff was responsive via WhatsApp on any questions or arrangements I had prior to my trip. Room was exceptionally clean and they provided a stocked free minibar that was refilled daily - saving money on drinks and water. Disposable cotton slippers were provided, but the floors were not carpet and were obviously mopped before we arrived - so I was not grossed out if I had to be barefoot briefly. In short, yes ignore the negative reviews about poor service - those reviews were probably due to poor planning and unprepared guests who did not do prior research.

    Loved this little boutique hotel. Has an elevator and really quaint, large rooms with super tall ceilings. Very spacious and loved the complimentary mini bar.

    A great hotel in walking distance to main attractions and public transport a one minute or less walk away. The check in process was seamless and we were able to store our bags in a safe and secure location. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and the free mini bar was a huge plus. The staff were helpful, kind, and attentive. Thank you for a great stay!

    Close to boat station. However, there is no view from our bedroom. Minibar does not have refill and the A.C. is inadequate. If you travel in summer, please bring along with a portable fan.
