Great place, I highly recommend it when you are travelling in Venice!

The location was amazing, near the San Marco square, easily walking distance to everything. The host was very friendly and available whenever we needed. I highly recommend this place, you should try it when you are travelling to Venice. The breakfast was also very nice. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully designed.

I requested an invoice for my company, but I didn't get any response. Anything else was perfect.

Andreas was a wonderful host! Andreas was welcoming, helpful when answering questions, and gave great recommendations. The facilities were exceptionally clean. The location is great and a short walk from the San Angelo stop.

Dreamy! Perfect place to stay in Venice

We loved staying here! It was so central, less than 10 minute walk from St Mark’s Square. The facilities were so clean, had AC, and comfy beds! He had a blow dryer and straightener too which was SO helpful! The neighbor is beautiful too, right by the water taxi and St Marks, but it’s away from the crowds which keeps it relaxing and quiet. Andreas was also a great host! I wish we had more time to visit with him.

The BEST experience and totally recommended!!!

Everything. It is a place full of local details and exceptional service. The room is very comfortable and you are pampered with tea, coffee and small cookies inside the room. You also have a small safe inside and hair dryer. In the bathroom you have complementary toothbrush, toothpaste and vanity kits in case you need them. Everything is clean and of excellent quality. The owner is super kind and incredible helpful with all the questions that you may have as a tourist (and I had a LOT) and with the best attitude in the world. 🙌🏻

Wonderful stay with Andrea at B&B Fortuny

We stayed in the Canal View Room at B&B Fortuny, which was magnificent as it was directly above one of the canals, allowing us to watch the passing traffic. Staying with Andrea was a pleasure as he is an exceptional host who cares about his guests. Breakfast was delicious, and if anything ran out, all we had to do was ask Andrea and he would immediately restock. He is also available in person or by phone, which was very convenient. The B&B is situated in the heart (but at the same time not in the crowded area) of Venice, so you can easily visit various areas. When we return to Venice, we would be happy to stay at B&B Fortuny with Andrea again.

It was the first time me and my sister went to Venice. We booked the canal view room at B&B Fortuny. It was very clean and comfortable. The host Andrea was very helpful. The breakfast had everything one would need. We had a lovely, pleasant stay and would be back, if we had the opportunity.

It was awesome!

I really like such apartment hotel. Andrea is so helpful person and even we makes a mistakes - he always pleasure to help us. He also good in advises of places where to go, how to deal with earlier checkout, etc. Breakfast was also great and reallt taste.

There nothing to say what I don't like in such apartment. The only thing that it was hard - you need all the time walk in Venezia and there really hot. But its not related to apartment but to the hot time in summer :)

Exceptional

Upon arrival, the host Andrea was waiting for us and check-in was very easy. The rooms are extremely clean, including the bathroom, and quite modern. Breakfast is good too, with both savoury and sweet options. Location is central, you can reach the main sights on foot and there’s also a water-bus stop round the corner. We had a late flight after check-out and were able to leave our bags at the property and collect them later on in the day with no problems. Andrea was very helpful and gave us information on how to get there, attractions etc both before our stay and during. The perfect stay in Venice !

It’ll always be our go-to in Venice.

Great location - everything was within walking distance. Very clean - quite a large room compared to other accommodations and it was cleaned daily. Excellent breakfast - put in a special request for gluten free and they went that extra mile to provide bread, pastries AND snacks. Accommodating staff - Andrea was always on call and made sure we were comfortable. Everyone had a smile on their face. We also forgot our headphones in the room and Andrea shipped them to London for us.

the entire home is curated and decorated so beautifully and in exquisite taste. it’s super trendy looking and extremely comfortable as well. The host Andrea is just a super friendly and easygoing person and made us feel at home from the start. He gave us lots of good advice and great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The location of the property is AA! just meters away from the pier & so easy to get around Venice. breakfast is wonderful. The host, and this beautiful home, is really what made our stay memorable.

Great location 10-15min walking from S. Marco square and situated in a calm neighborhood. The room, like the whole apartment, was recently entirely refurbished. We did not see the owner during our stay but our check-in and check-out were flawless thanks to clear explanations sent in advance.

There's no blind on a little square window but we could solve the issue by plugging the window with a pillow. Slightly noisy in the morning due to the cleaning lady preparing the breakfast.

We warmly recommend choosing B&B Fortuny for a sejour in Venice.

The best host anyone could ask for. Very friendly, helpful and attentive to detail. The room was not too big but very well equipped with everything you need: extra pillows and blanket, hairdryer, mini safe, large wardrobe. We liked the shower, very comfortable bed. The windows had good insulation for sound and light if you want to sleep longer. Nice breakfast. Great location (less than 10 minutes walk to San Marco square, Rialto bridge or Academia bridge). Heater with a thermostat to set preferred heat level. It could make the room very warm if needed. Check-in is very easy: clear guidelines to reach the location and enter your room.

Everything was perfect. Slippers might be useful though.

Excellent location. Very friendly, communicative and flexible host - thank you Andrea! No problem with very late night arrival, and leaving our luggage on check-out day was simple. Bed very comfortable, and shuttered windows kept out the light for a very peaceful night's sleep. Everything clean and neat - beautiful B&B covered in art pieces. Breakfast offered good coffee and plenty of variety for a small spread. Croissants were fresh and tasty. I'm torn between recommending this place to everyone I know... and keeping it a secret in the hope that there's a room available there every time we want to go to Venice!!! :D

Really well located in the heart of Venice. It was a relatively short walk everywhere once you figured out the maze that is Venice. The host was really helpful and accommodating, he responded quickly to any questions and was helpful with bag storage before our check in. Our room overlooked the canal which was a great bonus. The included breakfast was superb.

I think the price point is expected for being in central Venice. We booked quite late and in the peak of the high season as well so can't help that much. I think having a fridge would be a great addition. Venice does get quite hot during peak summer and having ready access to cold water and drinks would be helpful. Even storing some food to help the budget conscious traveller in Venice would really boost this place. Just a small security note -perhaps labelling the doors will be helpful. When we were checking in our key was able to open another guests room. We quickly realised and closed it again but I don't think it should be that easy to open other guests doors.There is a small window which could do with a blind or curtain because it does let a lot of light in in the morning. Some lights weren't working including one of the bedside lamps. Otherwise a great stay.
