The Venice Apartments San Samuele located in the heart of Venice just 10 minutes walk from San Marco, in the quiet and elegant area of San Samuele, a few steps from the Palazzo Grassi exhibition center and Campo Santo Stefano, offers comfortable accommodation with a TV screen flat and free wifi. Recently restored with air conditioning and heating with independent controls.
The apartment is very bright and quiet and has a courtyard outside with a table, chairs and umbrella.
It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a lounge (with sofa bed, television and dining table), a kitchen complete with everything (dishwasher, fridge, frezeer, microwave oven, kettle, utensils) and a bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and courtesy products (shower gel, shampoo, cap and hand soap).

Stayed her Jan 2-5, 2024. Irene was kind, helpful and meet us at the boat taxi stop and walked us to the apartment. The place is about a 15 minute walk to the San Marco and the Rialto. Yet far away enough to feel like a local. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed just one shirt night but we loved our visit. We were treated so kindly! The kids were treated above and beyond.
The cable TV was needed and used, as well as the air conditioning.
We were given recommendations were to eat and how to travel in and around Venezia. That part was superb!!! Totally helpful.
Highly recommended for the centrale location to everything touristy and exciting. But yet the apartment was quiet and away from crowd noise.
