Granda Sweet Suites

Great location on a canal next to a boat stop. Comfortable enough hotel room. Great view and GREAT air conditioning! It was lovely to sit in the open window and take in the activity in the canal.

Access was a little difficult - they hadn't left us a key for the front door so had to get buzzed in after every outing and they operate remotely and didn't hear the buzzer request most times. They did answer the phone promptly though and were helpful each time. The bed was comfortable enough but the pull out couch was pretty thin. I asked for extra pillows and didn't get a response. Only two coffee pods given for 4 people, two nights. They didn't seem to price match so we overpaid for the same room that they were offering for less that same night. I'll update if they respond to my refund request.

Not exactly squeaky clean/ fresh

The bed was big and comfortable. The location was perfect, just in front of the San Samuele vaporetto

It was a bit small. We had to put our baggages on the bed to pack and unpack.
